To move through the Tax and Cash Flow Form, use the horizontal and vertical scroll bars to view other rows and columns and click on the tabs to view other sections.
The Tax and Cash Flow Form is essentially divided into 4 sections or tabs:
Tax Data (Rows 1 - 34) for items with income tax (and FICA and Medicare) implications
Cash Flow (Rows 1 - 12) for items with cash flow implications
Itemized Deductions for items that may affect whether the client takes the standard deduction or itemizes deductions
Living Expenses Budget for an optional, detailed budget
Depending on the size of your window, you are viewing the first few years of the projection window (which can be up to 99 years). Use the scroll bars to scroll horizontally or vertically.
Note: Suppose you want to do a lot of stand-alone reports, and you don’t want to enter any other information on the Tax and Cash Flow Form. If you don’t want to use the “Default” form created by MasterPlan, then why not create one called “Generic.” Anytime you want to do something quick and want to enter only one or two items, load the “Generic” form and make the changes there. However, you must enter a Filing Status on this generic form.
