Client Contact Tab

Click on this tab to enter various address and phone information. You can enter up to four addresses, plus an internet address. Check a box (such as Mailing) if it applies to the selected address.

This tab also contains the Notepad.

Nothing on the Contact Tab is essential for creating reports; however, you might find some of the information here very useful. Let’s just enter the home address and one phone number and move on.

Notice that we typed the City on the third line of the address area. Line 2 is reserved for suite and apartment numbers.

You must save the client before you enter phone numbers. Simply press Ctrl+S or click on Actions and Save. We clicked on the Actions Menu, so you see it displayed in the lower left-hand corner of the illustration.

Now we can add a phone number. Click on the Add button on the right-hand side of the Contact Tab.

Type in the phone number. We selected "Home" as the Phone Number Type from the drop down list. You also have the option of adding notes regarding this particular phone number in the Notes field.

Now click on the Dependents Tab.
